Package Your Item
Place your unused GOT BAG in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
